Royle trying to control but Horton is working from the bottom. Royle tries to free his leg and advance position but Horton is retaining full guard. Horton is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. #REVR# Royle is trying to maintain the position but Horton is very close to passing his half guard.#SUB# Horton is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Royle can do anything to dispel that myth. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Horton bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Royle's guard. #REVR# Horton is really dominating this fight. Horton eventually gives up the hold. #T4# Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Horton lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. #SU# Horton stands up and beckons Royle to join him on the feet. Royle swats away the attempt to clinch by Horton. Royle changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!#TD2# Horton gets caught napping as Royle dives in and scores a takedown. Horton manages to retain guard. Royle throwing strikes from guard but Horton blocks nicely. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Waldo Horton dominated that second round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round! #R3# Horton lands a nice leg kick that just misses Royle's sensitive parts. Royle takes a head kick and keeps coming.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Royle working the body and head with strikes. #T1# Horton regains half guard there - taking advantage of Royle's attempt to lay and pray for a moment. Royle stalling away here and it's allowed Horton to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Horton is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Waldo Horton overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Horton is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Horton is pulling down on Royle's head. It's preventing any offense from Royle, at least for the moment.#T2# A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Horton's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Horton looking to sweep here. No luck so far. #SUB# Horton is looking for a guillotine. And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Waldo Horton. Well Horton has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win...
