#R1##TD# Hinton fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Son to the ground. Hinton is now in Son's guard. Son working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Hinton. Son wants to stand up but Hinton is controlling him. Son looking to hit a scissor sweep but Hinton is one step ahead there. Hinton postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Son avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Hinton is looking to work some ground and pound but Son has wrist control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Son tries to land a sweep but no joy. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Hinton throws a big elbow that misses. Son preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. #SU# Hinton stands up from guard. Let's bang! Hinton scores with a kick to the midsection.#T1##TD2# Son drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Son in side control lands a decent elbow. #CUT2# Dominick Hinton's cut is getting worse. Hinton can't do much from the bottom here. Hinton throws a couple of punches but he's in a bad position and they don't land. Son in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. #ROC2# Hinton is rocked!#CUT2# Jeez, Dominick Hinton's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Dominick Hinton's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
