Coming up we have a featherweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Tobias Pancake and Frank Hammond. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the featherweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 1 wins and 2 losses; Tobias Pancake! And in the blue corner, fighting out of St Petersburg, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 0 losses; Frank Hammond!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Trevor Gratis and William Peck.
The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Pancake slaps away a takedown attempt from Hammond, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Hammond tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Pancake manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Pancake is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Pancake is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Hammond looks calm but he's in trouble here. Pancake gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Hammond is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Pancake lets go of the hold and Hammond can pop his arm back in it's socket.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Hammond rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Nechvidov moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Horrible takedown attempt by Hammond or perhaps it was just good defense by Nechvidov, which made it look bad.

Nechvidov tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
