#R1# Davis tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Davis throws a lazy head kick #TD2# and Doogie counters with a single leg into guard. Davis didn't expect that. #ES# Davis manages to escape and get back to his feet.
#TD2# Davis gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Doogie to score an easy takedown into full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Doogie postures up in Davis's guard and throws a big left but Davis blocks it. Doogie connects with a couple of short punches. Doogie looking to pass the guard. #SUB# Davis throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Davis wants to sweep here but Doogie controlling him for the moment. #T1# Davis tries to strike from the bottom.

Doogie looking to pass the guard. Davis is trying to control the position but Doogie postures up. Doogie scoring with punches to the head and body. Doogie with a nice head shot there. Doogie is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Doogie scores with a decent looking elbow strike.#ROC2# Davis is rocked! Hammerfist, elbow! yells Doogie's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Oh Davis is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!#T2##SUB2# Doogie is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Doogie is stalling in the full guard. Doogie sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Davis's guard. Doogie perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Doogie is nestled in close to Davis, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Doogie is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Davis is breathing heavily. A big strike lands for Doogie! That's really hurt Davis and he's turned his back - Doogie keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Doogie jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
