#R1# Lee tries to clinch up but Lesnar circles away and keeps his distance. Lesnar fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lee manages to avoid it.#CL2# Lesnar pushes Lee up against the cage in a clinch.#TD2# Lesnar lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
#SUB2# Lesnar is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Lee is just riding it out for now. Lesnar eventually gives up the hold. Lee is looking to control Lesnar's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Lee avoid being mounted? Lee is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lee trying to hold on to Lesnar's head to control him but Lesnar postures up.

Lesnar tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Lesnar remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Lee is trying to work for a sweep but Lesnar has mounted him! Lee is trying desperately to improve position. Lee is in a horrible position here. Lesnar smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

#T4##SUB2# Lesnar has hold of Lee's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Lee manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Lesnar content just to control the position here. Lee wants to control but Lesnar is having none of it. Lesnar takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Lee manages to regain half guard. Good work. Ground and pound from Lesnar. Lee was covering up waiting for the punch and Lesnar finishes the takedown easily into guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lee controls Lesnar momentarily but Lesnar frees himself. Lesnar's corner is telling him to maintain position.#T1# Lesnar wants to get up but he can't break Lee's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Lee looking to hit a scissor sweep but Lesnar is one step ahead there. Lee has his hands on Lesnar's head, controlling the position. Lesnar controlling from the top position. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Lesnar chips away with some ground and pound.#T2# Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Lesnar is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Lee looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Lesnar controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Lee is trying to control the position but Lesnar postures up. Lesnar is working Lee over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Lesnar postures up in Lee's guard and throws a big left but Lee blocks it. Lesnar forces his way into half guard. Lee has his hands clasped together around Lesnar's back. He's all about the action. Lee trying to control from the bottom.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Lesnar wants to stand up but Lee has a hold of him and won't allow it. Lesnar has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Lee is positioning himself well to prevent Lesnar advancing to mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Both fighters are breathing heavily. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Lesnar holds on and takes a little breather. #T4# A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Lee is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Lesnar is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Lee has his hands on Lesnar's head, controlling the position. #REF3# The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Lesnar keeps the fight on the outside. Lesnar is trying to counter with his kicks.#TD2# Lesnar looking to score a takedown here. Lee is defending well but Lesnar drives through and ends up in Lee's guard. Lesnar's corner is telling him to maintain position. Lee looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Lesnar puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Lee is in trouble now - Lesnar has advanced to mount! Lee is working to get back to half guard.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Lesnar lands a nice shot to the head. Kev Lee has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Brick Lesnar is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Lesnar tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
And that's the end of the fight! Brick Lesnar comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Lesnar has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
