#R1# Haagensen closes the distance looking to clinch #TD2# and Huntelaar counters with a nice double leg into guard. Haagensen knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Huntelaar on the ground.#SUB2# Huntelaar is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Haagensen wants to stand and escape but Huntelaar is having none of it. Haagensen working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Huntelaar. #SU2# Huntelaar stands and steps away. Haagensen gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Huntelaar tries to score a power double leg takedown but Haagensen sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Huntelaar somewhat. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Haagensen scores with the left hand. Huntelaar knows he should have avoided that one. #CUT# It looks like Memphis Huntelaar has been cut.#T1# Haagensen stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Some wild striking there from Haagensen.
#TD2# Huntelaar shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Haagensen napping and manages to drive through into side control!#SUB2# Huntelaar has hold of Haagensen's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Haagensen seems comfortable defending it but Huntelaar has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Haagensen is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Haagensen is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Huntelaar couldn't care less - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Memphis Huntelaar!
