#CUT# It looks like Sergey Nevzlin has been cut. Sanchez is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Sanchez seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Sanchez is looking to chop away at Nevzlin's legs. A little jabbing left from Nevzlin on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Sanchez throws a right and a left that Nevzlin avoids nicely. Nevzlin takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Nevzlin takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Sanchez misses the jab. Nevzlin appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. Nevzlin throws a jab when Sanchez was well out of range. Nevzlin looks to clinch but Sanchez throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Nevzlin taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

A very excited looking Steve Sanchez made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.

Nevzlin on the wrong end of a nice jab. A looping hook to the body misses from Nevzlin. Odds does a little dance to reset his feet. Nevzlin works Odds's body with a nice hook. Nevzlin lands the left hand. Odds avoids the body shot from Nevzlin.
Odds wants to counter the offense by Nevzlin and move into the clinch position. Nevzlin definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Nevzlin. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Odds tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. A head punch blocked on the inside by Odds. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

#ROC2# Nevzlin is rocked!#CUT2# It looks like Sergey Nevzlin has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Odds keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
It seemed like Odds was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Oh Nevzlin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Nevzlin gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Odds points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Nevzlin wakes up just in time to hear Odds thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Evan Odds! In his post fight interview, Evan Odds started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Nevzlin definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Chalke doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Face will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Nevzlin! But no joy. Nevzlin changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Another big shot to the jaw from Nevzlin and McDougal drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Nevzlin.

The fighters circle momentarily. Kozlov darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Kozlov takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Kozlov throws a jab but it's blocked by Nevzlin. Kozlov slips under a jab. Kozlov swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Nevzlin scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Nevzlin tried to score with a low kick but Kozlov checks it. Nevzlin misses with a series of wild punches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nevzlin misses with a lunging right hand
and Kozlov counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Kozlov cracks Nevzlin with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Nevzlin ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Nevzlin! But no joy.#T1# Nice body punch from Nevzlin. Tyson drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Nevzlin defends it well. Tyson slips under a jab. Tyson tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. The crowd cheers as Nevzlin lands an impressive looking overhand right. Tyson doesn't seem phased though. Some wild striking there from Nevzlin.

Ruiz drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Nevzlin gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Nice escape there! Mendez could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.#CL# Mendez clinches up with Nevzlin and pushes him back against the cage. Nevzlin is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Nevzlin is trying to break free.#T1##BC# Mendez pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
