Allen tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Griffin counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Allen throws a head kick that misses. #TD2# Allen decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Griffin trying to control but Allen postures up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Griffin blocking the ground and pound attempt from Allen. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Allen passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Griffin! Griffin knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Allen on the ground. Griffin really wants to buck Allen off and get back to his feet. #T1# Allen lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Allen tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Allen pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Allen has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Griffin's face.

Griffin will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Griffin can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Allen controls the pace. Allen is working Griffin over from the guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Allen working the head and body with strikes. Allen trying to control the position but Boo is working away. Boo wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Allen is looking to take a break and control but Boo is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Boo stops Allen from passing to mount. #T1# Boo is not content to let Allen control the position. Allen tries to move to full mount but Boo actually manages to regain half guard. Allen is keen to just control but Boo is a slippery customer.#SUB2# Allen is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Boo sees it coming and defends easily. Allen passes into side control, despite Boo's attempt to control the position.

Allen moves forwards but Boo connects with a nice, crisp jab.#TD# Boo gets the takedown into side control. Allen is trying to control Boo's posture but Boo avoids it. Allen is looking for a sweep. Allen can't do much from the bottom here. Allen scores with a shot to the body.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Worner can't do much from the bottom here. Worner tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Allen wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. You can see the frustration on Worner's face as Allen controls the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#SUB2# Allen tries for a kimura but Worner is defending well. Allen has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Worner! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. This is the final round! #R3# Krupok leaves Allen with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. A head kick from Krupok lands but Allen takes it in his stride. Krupok goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Allen throws a right hand that Krupok ducks under and follows up with a left that Krupok also avoids with ease. Krupok stuffs the takedown attempt from Allen. Allen gets slowly back to his feet.
