#R1# Guschin shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Rowe is looking to counter punch. Rowe throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Guschin tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Rowe defends well and Guschin ends up having to push Rowe into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.#CL2# Guschin rushes Rowe and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Guschin struggles to land a body shot inside as Rowe controls his hands.
Guschin prevents Rowe from breaking the clinch. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Guschin. #TD2# Guschin gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Guschin throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rowe wants to stand and escape but Guschin is having none of it. Guschin works over Rowe with some ground and pound from guard. Guschin throws a big right hand that misses. Guschin postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Guschin makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.#T1# Guschin working some strikes from top position. Rowe preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Guschin won't allow Rowe to get back to his feet. Guschin in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Rowe working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Guschin. Guschin scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Rowe avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rowe wants to stand and escape but Guschin is having none of it. Guschin stands up over Rowe, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Guschin stays in close to Rowe's body and controls the position. Guschin trying to control the position from guard on top but Rowe is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Guschin postures up in Rowe's guard and throws a big left but Rowe blocks it. Guschin looking to pass the guard. #T2# Guschin lands a couple of decent looking shots. Guschin has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Guschin with a flurry of punches that miss. Rowe is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Rowe being controlled here, momentarily. Rowe wants to get back to his feet but Guschin is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Rowe will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Guschin keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Rowe's head. Guschin stands up over Rowe, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. #ROC2# Rowe is rocked! Guschin stands up over Rowe, holding on to his feet. Guschin throws the legs to one side and dives in with a huge shot that lands flush on the chin! Rowe is out cold! Guschin lands a couple more shots and the ref tackles him out of the way! What a brutal finish!

#R1##TD2# Tu drives through with a takedown into Rowe's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.#SUB# Rowe is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Tu defends well. Tu passes easily into side control. Nice work. Rowe prevents Tu from improving position. Rowe can't do much from the bottom here. #SUB2# Tu is working to tighten his grip on Rowe's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Rowe has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Tu is really squeezing tight and eventually Rowe passes out! Tu breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

#R1# Rowe is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Rydelli displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Rowe. Rydelli half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Rydelli keeps the fight on the outside. Nice takedown defense from Rowe. No joy for Rydelli on that attempt. Rowe fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Horrible takedown attempt by Rydelli or perhaps it was just good defense by Rowe, which made it look bad. Rowe fails with an attempt to clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rowe misses with a head kick.
Rydelli looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Rowe is fending him off so far but Rydelli persists. Nope, Rowe circles away and we're back to standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Daniel Rydelli. That's going to take a lot out of him. Rydelli fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.#T1# Rowe gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily #CL# and Rydelli counters by moving into the clinch. Rowe prevents the takedown attempt.
Rowe wants to get back to striking at distance but Rydelli won't allow it.

Rydelli is pulling down on Rowe's head. It's preventing any offense from Rowe, at least for the moment. Rowe missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. #T2# Rydelli pulls Rowe in close to prevent any damage. Rowe trying to control but Rydelli is working from the bottom. Rydelli wants to sweep but no luck. Rowe stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Rydelli swivels though and keeps the full guard. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Rydelli is on top in guard.
#REVR# Rowe can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Rydelli controls the pace.#T3# Rydelli has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Rowe wants to get back to his feet but Rydelli passes into half guard.
Rowe tries to roll over but Rydelli keeps him under control. Rowe really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rydelli. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Rowe tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Rydelli has advanced to mount. Uh oh. #T4# A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Rowe is trying to reverse the position but instead Rydelli has taken his back - oops! Rydelli is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
#SUB# The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Rydelli is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Rowe is defending well though. Rydelli let's go of the attempt for now. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Rowe tries to escape the position.

Rowe leaves Rydelli with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.#T1# Rydelli avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Rowe is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position. Rowe tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Rydelli pulls Rowe in close to prevent any damage. Rydelli is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Rowe can do to turn this around? Rowe looking to sit in guard and control but Rydelli gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. #REVR##SUB2# Rowe is looking for a triangle here but Rydelli uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.

Daniel Rydelli overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Rydelli just content to control the position. Rydelli gets to mount! Rowe was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly. Rowe working to try and regain half guard.
