Bleed thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet! Bleed lands a front kick. Luahoomae takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Masino cracks a nice hook into Luahoomae's ribs. Sloppy strikes from Masino. Those never looked like landing. #T1# Luahoomae has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Masino finds it's way round the side to connect with Luahoomae's head. Masino misses with a double jab.

#R1# Markov works the jab nicely. A swing and a miss from Markov. Luahoomae attempts a counter takedown but Markov avoids it well and moves away. Markov swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
#TD# and Luahoomae counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. #SUB# Luahoomae is trying to work for a kimura but Markov is defending well.
Markov tries to kick Luahoomae off but Luahoomae keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Luahoomae is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Markov! Luahoomae throws some wild stikes that Markov manages to avoid easily.
Luahoomae throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Markov tries to get back to half guard but can't. Luahoomae avoids the attempt from Markov to control. Luahoomae in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.

Rooster lands an overhand right.#CUT# It looks like Hanaiakamalama Luahoomae has been cut. Rooster darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Rooster thuds his right hand into Luahoomae's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Rooster misses with a left hand #TD2# and Luahoomae counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Rooster knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Luahoomae on the ground. Rooster tries to kick Luahoomae off but Luahoomae keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Luahoomae works his way into side control. Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground! Luahoomae fails to land a wild elbow strike.

Lea manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Luahoomae connects with a couple of short punches. Luahoomae lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Luahoomae is in close to Lea's body, working some short punches and elbows. Lea trying to keep a closed guard but Luahoomae is proving a slippery customer.
