Crane closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Diaz did well to prevent Crane getting side control.
Crane prevents Diaz from improving his position.
Crane keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Diaz slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Diaz has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Crane is working away from the top position though.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Crane is taking a breather. Diaz says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Diaz is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Crane rolls with it to try and escape but Diaz cranks on the arm and Crane is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
