Pilon has Cox pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Pilon pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Cox tumbling to the mat - Pilon dives into Cox's guard.
Cox wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Pilon manages to pass to side control. #T1##REVR#

Reis feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Cox is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Cox tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Reis chips away with some ground and pound.
Reis distracts Cox with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.#ROC2#

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Oh Cox is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Reis loads up on a big left hand. Cox felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Reis looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Cox can't hide his disappointment, as Reis celebrates the victory.
