Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.#TD# Hendrix jumps guard and drags Povetkin to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Hendrix wants to sweep here but Povetkin controlling him for the moment. Hendrix is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Povetkin being controlled here momentarily. Povetkin wants to pass the guard but Hendrix is keeping the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hendrix lands with a heel strike from the guard.

He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Povetkin off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
