#R1# A jab from Das misses. Omeruo looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Omeruo tries to clinch up#TD# and Das counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Das. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Das slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Das trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Das slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. #T1# Das has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.#REF3# The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Omeruo connects with a leg kick. Das looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Omeruo tries to clinch but Das moves away #TD# and Das counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Das frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Das looking to control and managing it successfully. #T2# Das seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Omeruo for as long as he can get away with.#SUB# Das is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Das!
