#R1# Luck misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Salas.
Salas is looking to counter the offense by Luck and move into the clinch.#CL2# Luck forces Salas back against the cage and clinches.#BC2# Luck breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. #TD2# Luck closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. #ES# Salas manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Luck keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage. Luck tries to break the clinch but Salas is controlling the position. Salas jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Luck walks away with a smile on his face. Salas gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Salas closes this distance looking for a takedown but Luck circles away. Salas shoots for a double leg takedown but Luck sprawls well. He's pushed Salas's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Shirley Salas. That's going to take a lot out of him. Luck misses with a two punch combination.

#TD2# Luck decides to pull guard. Salas working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Luck avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Salas really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.#ES2# Luck kicks Salas off and gets to his feet. #T2# Luck lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
#ROC2# Salas is rocked!#CUT2# It looks like Shirley Salas has been cut. Luck goes for a small jab and connects. Now Luck goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Salas stumbles back but Luck runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Salas to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Salas will ever be the same after a knockout like that.

#R1# We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Garafallo just misses with a punch to the body.
Salas shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Garafallo as he avoids it easily. Garafallo leaves Salas with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Garafallo feints the counter takedown. Horrible takedown attempt by Salas or perhaps it was just good defense by Garafallo, which made it look bad. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Shirley Salas. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Salas scores to the head and body with a nice combination!#T1##CL2# Garafallo clinches with his opponent.

Salas is fighting the takedown attempt but Garafallo gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.#ES# Salas manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage. Garafallo takes a knee right on the jaw!
#TD2# Garafallo has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Salas is trying to keep an underhook but Garafallo manages to get the takedown into half guard. Salas tries to kick Garafallo off in order to stand up. Garafallo Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control. #T2# This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Salas is trying to work for a sweep but Garafallo has mounted him! Garafallo working Salas over with strikes here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Salas tries to reverse the position but Garafallo maintains control.#SUB2# Garafallo wants to finish this one by submission but Salas is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Garafallo. Garafallo prevents Salas from getting the reversal. Garafallo lands a nice shot to the head. Garafallo wants to control the pace but Salas is squirming around nicely. Salas is desperately trying to improve his position but Garafallo has a good base and remains in mount. Garafallo loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Salas scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Garafallo land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Garafallo stands and salutes the crowd.

#R1# Salas blocks a head kick by Kolbe.
Kolbe throws a sloppy head kick #CL# and Salas counters into the clinch. Nicely done. #TD# Salas is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Kolbe can't fight it off and eventually Salas manages to take the fight to the floor. Kolbe looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.#ES2# Kolbe has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Salas has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.#TD# Salas pulls guard. Salas looking for a sweep. Not yet Salas, not yet. Salas is pulling down on Kolbe's head to control his posture. Salas keeping moving, preventing Kolbe from controlling successfully. Salas pulls Kolbe in to control the position. Salas looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Kolbe trying to control but Salas is working from the bottom. Salas knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kolbe on the ground. Kolbe is looking to stand up but Salas won't let him. #T1# Kolbe wants to control from the top but Salas keeps moving. Salas is pulling down on Kolbe's head to control his posture. #REF3# The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Kolbe throws a sloppy head kick #CL# and Salas counters by moving into the clinch. Kolbe wants to get back to striking at distance but Salas won't allow it.

Kolbe regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Salas throws a big right hand that misses. Salas with a flurry of punches that miss. Salas really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.#SUB2# Kolbe has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Salas can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Salas has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Kolbe has momentary wrist control but Salas slips an elbow through the middle. Salas throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Kolbe works some decent striking defense from the bottom. #T2# Salas chips away with some ground and pound.#SU# Salas stands up from Kolbe's guard - Salas perhaps looking for a knockout. #TD# Salas shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Kolbe manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.#ES2# Kolbe wriggles free and stands up. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kolbe misses with a head kick.
Salas drops down looking for a counter takedown but Kolbe sprawls and moves away. A head kick misses from Kolbe. Kolbe throws a sloppy head kick and Salas moves out of range easily. Salas appears to be looking for a big counter. Cheslin Kolbe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.#TD# Salas shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Kolbe is trying to defend but Salas finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Kolbe avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Salas. Salas will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.#T3##SU# Salas decides to stand and escape the position. A head kick by Kolbe misses #TD# and Salas counters with a nice double leg into side control. Kolbe won't be happy with that. #ES2# Kolbe throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done! Kolbe throws a head kick that misses #TD# and Salas counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!#SUB2# Kolbe has his foot on Salas's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Salas works his way back into a safe position though. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Salas accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Kolbe trying to control the position.
#SUB2# Salas throws a sloppy strike and Kolbe has hooked up an armbar on the loose arm! He's turned and extended fully! Salas is forced to tap! Great BJJ from Kolbe!
