#R1# Kartoff wants to clinch up but Dresden keeps it at a distance. Iosef Kartoff seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kartoff lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Kartoff tries to grapple but his opponent circles #TD2# and Dresden counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. #ES# Kartoff has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Dresden has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.#TD2# Kartoff is fighting off a takedown attempt but Dresden is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Kartoff to the mat. Kartoff regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kartoff wants to get back to his feet but Dresden is in a dominant position and won't allow it. #ES# Kartoff kicks Dresden off and gets to his feet. Dresden keeps the fight on the outside.#CL2# Dresden has Kartoff up against the cage in a clinch.
#TD2# Kartoff is fighting off a takedown attempt but Dresden is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Kartoff to the mat. Kartoff regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#T1##ES# Kartoff has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Dresden off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Dresden showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Kartoff.
Kartoff wants to clinch#TD2# and Dresden counters with a nice double leg into side control. Kartoff won't be happy with that. Kartoff tries to escape but Dresden is in control. Dresden grinds an elbow into Kartoff's temple. Check out the look on Dresden's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Dresden connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Kartoff some visible discomfort.
Dresden cracks Kartoff with a big elbow. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dresden working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
This has been an exciting period of action! Kartoff takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
A big shot lands for Dresden! That's hurt Kartoff! Will he recover? Dresden fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!

#R1# Kartoff fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Spirit Detonator manages to avoid it. Spirit Detonator throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Kartoff crashing down! Kartoff tries to stagger back to his feet but Spirit Detonator just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Kartoff asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.

#R1# Kartoff tries to close the distance and clinch but Cooper swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. #TD2# Kartoff closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Kartoff lands in his opponent's guard.#ES# Cooper uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Cooper dives in for a single leg takedown but Kartoff sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Kartoff tries to close the distance and clinch up but Cooper swats him away and circles back towards the center. A quick step to the side and Cooper tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. OH! Cooper has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Kartoff smells blood and charges in for the finish! Kartoff unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Cooper sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!

#R1# Ramirez throws a big shot that misses. Kartoff's jab looks to have found its range, popping Ramirez under the eye.#CUT# It looks like Juan Ramirez has been cut. Kartoff throws a big shot that misses. Ramirez tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Kartoff swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Ramirez misses with a jab, cross combination.
Kartoff misses with a hook. Kartoff tries to clinch but fails miserably #TD2# and Ramirez counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Ramirez. Kartoff wants to stand but Ramirez is controlling the position. Ramirez sitting in guard, not really doing much. Kartoff can't keep his opponent in guard - Ramirez advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Kartoff wants to get back to his feet.#T1##SUB2# Ramirez seems to be looking for submissions.

Ramirez missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Kartoff won't allow Ramirez to pass to mount. Kartoff has hold of his neck though and manages to move into guard! All of a sudden, Ramirez is in a lot of trouble! Kartoff is straining to finish and he's done it! Ramirez taps out! Amazing!
