#R1##TD2# Knox shoots in and gets a takedown into Yello's guard. Yello is trying to control the position but Knox postures up. Yello wants to stand but Knox is controlling the position. Yello will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Knox controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Yello has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.#SUB# Yello is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Knox defends well. Knox wants to pass the guard but Yello is keeping the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Coming up we have a light heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Borris Truck and Mario Yello. On his way into the cage it seems that Borris Truck has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Borris Truck seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the light heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Sydney, with a TWGC record of 1 wins and 1 losses; Borris Truck! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Hilo, with a TWGC record of 1 wins and 0 losses; Mario Yello! The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Yuuki Gou and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Truck forces Yello back against the cage and clinches. Yello jumps guard but Truck stands there with Yello around his waist. Yello gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
