It looked like Dela Rosa was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Dela Rosa thows a left - swing and a miss!
We've been informed that Anderson has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Anderson tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Dela Rosa defends well and Anderson ends up having to push Dela Rosa into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Anderson is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Dela Rosa.

Anderson has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Anderson there as he acknowledges the shot.

A countering left hand to the body from Anderson misses.
Anderson lands a jab to Faber's midsection.
Faber pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

Anderson throws a quick inside leg kick.
Faber lands with a shot to the body.
Anderson on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Anderson scores with a head kick.
Anderson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Faber manages to avoid it.
A jab from Faber does it's job there.
Faber throws a nice looking combination but Anderson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Anderson pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Faber blocks a head kick by Anderson.

Anderson closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Faber fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Anderson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Faber's waist but Faber gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Anderson off to one side.
Faber was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Faber wobbles Anderson with a right hand and the left hook that follows puts him on his rear! Faber dives in with a huge flying punch that connects right on the button and puts Anderson to sleep! - What a violent and spectacular finish!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Anderson enables Atkins to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Anderson manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
