Stoyachnikov tries to clinch up but Donaire circles away and keeps his distance. Stoyachnikov tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Donaire counters with a lovely shot to the body. Stoyachnikov doesn't manage to clinch there - Donaire circles away.
Stoyachnikov wants to clinch. Stoyachnikov tries to grapple but his opponent circles enabling Donaire to counter with a crisp jab. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Stoyachnikov tries to clinch up but Donaire circles away and keeps his distance. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Donaire! But no joy. Stoyachnikov tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Donaire paws at him with a jab and circles away. Stoyachnikov wants to clinch and Donaire counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.#CUT2# It looks like Stoyak Stoyachnikov has been cut.#T1# Donaire throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

#KD# and Stoyachnikov counters with a combination of strikes to the head and body that crumple Donaire! Stoyachnikov thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Donaire's head. Donaire punching from the bottom.
Stoyachnikov looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Donaire with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Stoyachnikov works his foot free and advances to mount. Stoyachnikov scores with a couple of good head shots there.
#ROC# Donaire is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Stoyachnikov lands a big elbow. Donaire is still in real trouble! Can Stoyachnikov finish him? Donaire takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Stoyachnikov controlling the position easily from mount. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#T2# Donaire throwing hammer fists to the chest of Stoyachnikov. What's that going to do exactly? The referee warns Donaire that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Donaire takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Stoyachnikov's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Stoyak Stoyachnikov! Stoyak Stoyachnikov decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.

#R1##CL2# Donaire fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Warrior, pushing him back against the cage. Donaire lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. A body shot lands from Donaire.
Donaire lands with a right to the head. Warrior is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Donaire lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Donaire lands a left hand that snaps the head of Warrior backwards. Warrior is looking to break free of the clinch but Donaire has double underhooks. Donaire lands an uppercut. Donaire softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.#ROC2# Warrior is rocked! Warrior wants to get back to striking at distance but Donaire won't allow it.
Oh Warrior is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Donaire lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Warrior to his knees! Donaire keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
