Philpott throws a strike aimed at the side of Goodman's head but Goodman avoids it well. Philpott trying to control the action but Goodman is working from the bottom. Philpott is staying tight to Goodman's torso, preventing him from escaping. Goodman tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Philpott wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Philpott tries to advance to mount but Goodman denies him. Philpott fails to land a wild elbow strike.

And that's the end of the fight! Alan Philpott comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Philpott has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
