#R1# Consumerus stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Consumerus wants it to stay on the feet. Consumerus jabs Lester right on the nose. Lester blinks but takes it well. Lester darts in looking for a takedown but Consumerus gets double underhooks and turns Lester into the cage. Lester shoots in looking for a takedown. Consumerus tries to sprawl out of it but Lester keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Consumerus manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Creatinus Consumerus has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jamie Lester. Lester fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Lester is trying hard to land a takedown here. Consumerus sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Consumerus swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Consumerus lands with a right hand. Lester with a lazy takedown attempt and Consumerus counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Lester thinking. #TD2# Lester shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Consumerus manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Consumerus wants to stand and escape but Lester is having none of it. Consumerus is controlling Lester's posture. Consumerus utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. #T1# Consumerus controlling the position. Consumerus wants to stand up but Lester is controlling him. Consumerus trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Consumerus is trying to control the position but Lester postures up. Consumerus keeping moving, preventing Lester from controlling successfully. #REF3# The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.#TD2# Lester changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Consumerus looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.#ES# Consumerus bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet! Lester shoots in looking for a takedown but Consumerus manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Lester's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Consumerus swings for the body but Lester moves out of range.

Lester shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Consumerus misses with a wild body shot. #TD2# Lester fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Consumerus to the ground. Lester is now in Consumerus's guard. Lester wants to pass the guard but Consumerus is keeping the position. Consumerus working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Lester. Consumerus is controlling Lester's posture. Consumerus seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission. Lester wants to control from the top but Consumerus keeps moving. Lester has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.#T3# Consumerus wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Lester with a flurry of punches that miss. #REF3# The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Consumerus gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. #T4# My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Lester misses with a takedown attempt and Consumerus counters with a right hand to the body. Consumerus uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Lester.
Consumerus fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lester manages to avoid it. Consumerus misses the shot to the body. Lester shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Consumerus as he avoids it easily. Lester fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Consumerus was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Consumerus is looking to wear down Lester with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Consumerus throws a body punch but Lester moves out of range. Consumerus works Lester's body with a nice hook. Consumerus misses with a wild body shot. Lester swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Lester keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Lester throws out a counter right but Consumerus avoids it with no problem. Lester tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Consumerus swivels and escapes. Lester fails to land the takedown. It looked like Consumerus wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Lester changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Consumerus tries to avoid it but Lester manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Consumerus to the ground. Consumerus escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Creatinus Consumerus dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. #R2# Lester fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Consumerus is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Lester can do to turn this around? Lester shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Consumerus as he jumps to the side. Lester throws a lazy head kick and Consumerus counters with a nice body shot. Consumerus stuns Lester with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Consumerus throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Consumerus throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Consumerus checks a leg kick. Consumerus appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Lester lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Consumerus ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Consumerus swings for the body but Lester moves out of range.

Jamie Lester seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lester misses with a takedown and Consumerus rattles Lester with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Lester tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Consumerus dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Lester stiff and motionless on the mat!

#R1##TD# Judan closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Judan lands in his opponent's guard. Judan looking to pass the guard. Judan sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Lester's guard. Judan wants to pass to mount but Lester is defending the position. Judan is working hard here to advance position. Lester has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Judan is working away from the top position though.#SUB# Judan is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Lester is pressing down on Judan's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lester bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Judan's guard. #REVB# Judan is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Lester postures up in Judan's guard and throws a big left but Judan blocks it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. #SUB# Judan isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Lester stacks Judan on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Lester!#SUB2# Lester tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Lester has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Lester working away. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#T2# The ground and pound from Lester seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Judan takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Judan tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Lester wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Lester working the ground and pound. Lester tries to move to mount but Judan blocks the move with his legs. #SUB2# Judan reaches up around Lester's neck trying to control. But Lester takes advantage instantly and he's locked on an arm triangle! Big trouble for Judan! Oh that looks nasty! A human being's head is not meant to turn that color! Judan is out! He's gone limp! The ref steps in to break the fighters up and Lester celebrates the victory with the fans!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Jamie Lester! A relieved looking Jamie Lester thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.

Lester wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.#TD2# Hoppe shoots in and bounces Lester off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hoppe trying to control the position from guard on top but Lester is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Lester looking to sweep here. No luck so far. #SUB# Lester looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Hoppe looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Lester prevents Hoppe from improving position. Lester is in a bad spot here and he knows it... just holding on for now. Hoppe wants to control but Lester is keeping him busy. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Oh Lester is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Oooooh, big shot lands for Hoppe! Lester is hurt baaadly! Hoppe is firing away with more strikes - Lester is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!

#R1# Lester takes a shot right to the bread basket. Strauss thumps Lester with a low kick. Good work by Lester as he checks the leg kick. Lester is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. A swing and a miss from Strauss. It seemed like Lester was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Strauss looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Wilhelm Strauss seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Strauss swings and misses with a shot to the body and Lester counters with a lovely straight right hand! Strauss throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lester. Lester drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Strauss defends it well. Strauss tries a low kick but Lester avoids it. Lester is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Strauss with a body shot. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lester drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Strauss defends it well. Strauss throws a right hand that Lester ducks under and follows up with a left that Lester also avoids with ease. Strauss misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

We've been told by Strauss's head coaches at Team AVR that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Strauss throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Strauss works over Lester's head and body with a nice combination.#ROC# Lester is rocked! Lester circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Strauss. Lester falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Strauss!
