Sluce throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Edward was covering up waiting for the punch and Sluce finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Sluce pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Edward is keeping the position for now. #ES#
The fighters are working up against the cage. Edward manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.#BC#
Edward breaks from the clinch.
Edward looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Sluce wants to counter the offense by Edward and move into the clinch position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#TD#
Edward shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Edward showed some decent athleticism there.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Edward creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Sluce's defenses.
Sluce jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Edward walks away with a smile on his face. Sluce gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. #CL#

A left and a right from Edward both land. Nice combination. #ROC#
Sluce is rocked!
Edward gets in close and tags Sluce with a short punch that almost sends Sluce to the mat! Oh Sluce is in big trouble! He turns his back on Edward, trying to create some distance but Edward rushes him, striking wildly and Sluce goes down! The referee tackles Edward into the cage to end the fight! Edward is one violent man!
