#R1# Shllaku shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Randolph but Randolph pushes him off and we're back to square one.#TD# Randolph drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.#ES2# Shllaku sneaks out the side door and pushes Randolph away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape. Shllaku gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Randolph makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Shllaku dives in and grabs Randolph's left leg, looking for a takedown. Randolph pushes down on Shllaku's head and hops out. Dorsey Randolph has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mustaf Shllaku. Randolph fails with a takedown attempt. Shllaku looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.#T1# Randolph swinging wildly here.
Randolph fails with a takedown attempt. Shllaku changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Mustaf Shllaku seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.#CL2# Shllaku clinches up with Randolph and pushes him back against the cage. Shllaku jumps guard but Randolph stands there with Shllaku around his waist. Shllaku gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Shllaku is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Randolph to keep the fight standing.#T2# Shllaku slows down the pace here.
#TD2# Shllaku pulls guard effortlessly. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Randolph wants to control from the top but Shllaku keeps moving. Shllaku is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Shllaku wants to control but Randolph passes easily into half guard.
Randolph wants to stand but his hand is trapped. Shllaku uses the opportunity to regain full guard. #SU# Randolph gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. #T3##CL2# Shllaku has closed the distance and engaged Randolph in a clinch.
Randolph tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
#TD# Randolph wants the takedown. Shllaku is fighting it off but Randolph persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Shllaku's guard against the cage.#ES2# Shllaku pushes Randolph off and scrambles back to his feet.
Shllaku throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Randolph's waist but Randolph gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Shllaku off to one side. #CL2# Shllaku has taken the fight to the clinch.
#TD2# Shllaku decides to pull guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Randolph wants to stand but Shllaku has a closed guard, so he can't escape. #SU# Randolph stands up from guard. Let's bang! #CL2# Randolph tries to keep at a distance but Shllaku has taken the fight into the clinch.#T4# Randolph misses with a short punch on the inside. Randolph has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Randolph is looking to break free of the clinch but Shllaku has double underhooks. #BC# Randolph breaks from the clinch.
Shllaku tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Randolph swivels and escapes.#TD# Randolph shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Shllaku manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.#ES2# Shllaku scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Nice takedown defense from Shllaku. No joy for Randolph on that attempt. Randolph tries a head kick but it misses.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mustaf Shllaku dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! #R2# A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Randolph. Shllaku defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Randolph. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Shllaku is defended easily by Randolph. Randolph takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
#ROC2# Randolph is rocked!#CUT2# It looks like Dorsey Randolph has been cut. A head kick by Shllaku - that's a beauty! Randolph is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Shllaku can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
