#R1# Nice defenses there by Bickle. Oalognov tries to clinch up and Bickle counters with a lovely shot to the body. Oalognov with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Bickle to score with a decent uppercut. Bickle jabs Oalognov right on the nose. Oalognov blinks but takes it well. Oalognov moves to clinch but Bickle breaks away and Bickle counters with a lovely shot to the body. Oalognov tries to clinch but Bickle is having none of it. Oalognov will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Oalognov fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Oalognov should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Oalognov misses with a series of wild punches.

Oalognov looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Oalognov tries to land a front kick but Poro steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Poro avoids the head kick by Oalognov.

Oalognov has knocked Star down with a huge combo! Oalognov steps away and waves a wobbly Star back to his feet! This one might not go much longer! Oalognov closes the distance but Star moves to the side #TD2# and Star counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Star. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!#ES# Oalognov has his feet on Star's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Star shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Oalognov but Oalognov pushes him off and we're back to square one. Star's coach down at KING OF PAIN was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Star's balance. Da Silva uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Oalognov.

Griffith trying to control the action but Oalognov is working from the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Oalognov is trying to stand back up. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Oalognov can do anything to dispel that myth. #R1# Jones bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Oalognov's head.#CUT2# It looks like Krigniv Oalognov has been cut. Krigniv Oalognov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Oalognov moves out of range of the body kick. Oalognov rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Jones counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Oalognov pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Oalognov tries to bum rush Jones with a series of wild strikes but Jones uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Jones changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Jones's coach down at Island Top Team was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Jones's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Oalognov just misses with a punch to the body.
Oalognov tries to clinch there but Jones circles away.

#R1##CL2# Oalognov gets in close and instigates a clinch. Oalognov tries to break the clinch but Xyd is controlling the position. Oalognov has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Oalognov is looking to break free of the clinch but Xyd has double underhooks. Xyd has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Oalognov after a bit of a struggle. Oalognov throws an elbow but it misses.
Oalognov is trying to break the clinch but Xyd has him pressed against the cage. Xyd is trying to pull guard but Oalognov turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.#TD# Xyd drags the fight down to the ground.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Oalognov accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Oalognov working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Xyd not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Oalognov should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. That kick from Xyd tenderised Oalognov's leg. Oalognov is trying to keep his angry face on. Xyd swings for the body but Oalognov moves out of range.

Stiiffy lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Oalognov tries to buck Stiiffy off but Stiiffy takes his back! #SUB2# Stiiffy is working hard for the rear naked choke here.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Oalognov wants to get back to his feet.
