#R1# Decon waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Peevey. Peevey displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Decon throws out the jab. Peevey slips a jab from Decon. Peevey shoots in for a double leg but Decon sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Decon circles away from the clinch attempt.
Peevey is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Decon tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Peevey was well out of range. Poor timing from Decon.#TD# Decon throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Peevey was covering up waiting for the punch and Decon finishes the takedown easily into guard. Decon is standing up over Peevey. Peevey looks to escape but Decon dives into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Decon throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Peevey sees it coming and avoids it easily. And Peevey tries to counter it with a takedown but Decon pushes his down on his head and steps out.#TD# Decon shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Decon slows the pace down in half guard. #T4##SUB# Decon is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Peevey doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Decon. Decon is taking a breather. Peevey says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Evan Decon overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Peevey is controlling Decon's position as best he can from this difficult position. James Peevey has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Decon takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

#R1# Kamiya fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Peevey looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Peevey takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Kamiya scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Peevey doesn't seem bothered though. #CL2# Peevey closes the distance and clinches. Peevey takes a knee to the side of the body. Peevey dodges an elbow strike from Kamiya.
Peevey tries to pull guard but Kamiya holds him up against the cage and eventually Peevey drops back down to his feet.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Peevey is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Kamiya gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Maki Kamiya has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of James Peevey. Kamiya is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Peevey is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Kamiya pulls him back up using the underhooks. Kamiya really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Good leg kick by Kamiya there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

#ROC# Peevey is rocked!#KD# Kamiya lands a big right hand that sends Peevey crashing to the mat! Kamiya stays standing though and waves Peevey back to his feet! Peevey is still on wobbly legs! Can Kamiya finish him? The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kamiya lands a nice looking body kick. Kamiya fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Peevey to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Peevey looks to clinch but Kamiya throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Peevey taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

Kamiya connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Kamiya really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Peevey doesn't succeed with the takedown and Kamiya counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Peevey looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Kamiya is fending him off so far but Peevey persists. Nope, Kamiya circles away and we're back to standing. Peevey gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Kamiya counters with a thumping low kick. Kamiya looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Maki Kamiya has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of James Peevey. A thudding body kick lands there by Kamiya!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Peevey throws a big elbow that misses. Burke manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Peevey manages to get himself to full guard.
