#R1# Smith sizes up Lesnar with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Lesnar swings widly with a right hand
and Smith counters with a straight right hand. Smith slips under a jab from Lesnar . Lesnar throws a jab when Smith was well out of range. Some wild striking there from Lesnar .
Lesnar comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Brock Lesnar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Smith moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Smith scores with a jab. Lesnar acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Lesnar throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

enabling Smith to counter with a crisp jab. Smith keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
A little jabbing left from Smith on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Smith lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

and Smith cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.#T2# Lesnar is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Smith. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.#KD2# Smith sends Lesnar crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Smith is motioning to the referee to let Lesnar up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!#ROC2# Lesnar is rocked! Lesnar tries to clinch but fails miserably and Smith counters with a crisp right that sends Lesnar to the canvas! Smith follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Daryl Smith! Daryl Smith tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.#SUB# Lesnar wants to control the position but that's not easy when your opponent is in side control! Carrillo seems to be going for some sort of submission here. Hard to say what - oh, it's a Brabo choke! He's got it! Lesnar is tapping! Wow, great finish!
