Silver rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Fleurke moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Fleurke.

Silver throws a nice looking combination but Fleurke bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Fleurke circles away from the clinch attempt.
Fleurke stuns Silver with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Fleurke throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Silvers head.
Oh Silver is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Fleurke creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Silver's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Silver drops to his knees and Fleurke pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Stans Fleurke!

Gilbert takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Silver jabs Gilbert to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Silver bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.#ROC2#
Gilbert is rocked!
Silver remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Oh Gilbert is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Silver gets to mount! Gilbert was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Silver throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Gilbert counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Silver lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Gilbert circles away quickly and effectively.
A quick step to the side and Gilbert tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

Duke Silver seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Silver connects with a stiff jab that staggers Gilbert - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
