Badger working over Andre with some ground and pound. Andre looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Andre moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Badger landing some decent shots from guard. #SUB# Andre is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Badger frees his head nicely. Oh but Andre has switched to an armbar! Badger is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!

#R1# A nice leg kick lands there from Melcher. #TD2# Melcher closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Andre takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Melcher connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Andre some visible discomfort.
Andre takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Melcher is working Andre over with some ground and pound from side control. Andre is trying to get back to half guard. Melcher working the body and head with strikes. Melcher is chipping away with strikes.
Melcher landing strikes. Melcher looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Melcher working the ground and pound from side control.#ROC2# Andre is rocked! Melcher in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Andre looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Melcher turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!

#R1# Vegas scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Andre doesn't seem bothered though. Andre misses with an uppercut. Vegas saw that one coming. Andre looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. #CUT2# It looks like Inspector Andre has been cut. Vegas displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Andre throws out the jab. Vegas takes a swing at Andre's ribcage but misses. It looked like Andre was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Vegas. Andre tries to move into range but Vegas moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Vegas lands a big right hook! Andre looks hurt but is still standing! Vegas lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Andre falls down and Vegas dives in with a huge hammer fist! Andre's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Vegas runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!

#R1# Andre defending well as Conlon loads up on a big left hand. Conlon bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Andre's head backwards. Andre cracks Conlon with a right hand to the side of the head. Andre ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Conlon moves away.#TD# Conlon shoots in and gets a takedown into Andre's guard. Conlon looking to pass the guard. #SUB2# Conlon avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
#SUB2# Andre escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Conlon gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB2# Andre is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Conlon stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Andre swivels though and keeps the full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#T1# Conlon is pushing down on Andre's leg trying to pass to half guard. Andre is fighting to maintain full guard but Conlon has managed to sneak the leg through. Andre trying to control from the bottom.

Conlon is working away from the top position though. Conlon seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Andre does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Conlon wants to free his trapped foot but Andre is holding on for dear life with his legs. Conlon thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Conlon thows a huge punch but Andre dodges it nicely.
Conlon is taking a breather. Andre says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Conlon has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Conlon takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Conlon missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
