Atkins is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment. Atkins landing a few short strikes. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Number Nine wants to control but Atkins is keeping him busy. #SUB2# Number Nine is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Atkins sees it coming and defends easily. Carerra stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Atkins swivels though and keeps the full guard. Carerra is looking to stand up but Atkins won't let him. Atkins wants to sweep but no luck. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Carerra is pushing down on Atkins's leg trying to pass to half guard. Atkins is fighting to maintain full guard but Carerra has managed to sneak the leg through. Carerra seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.

#R1# Balsonya jabs Atkins to the body, keeping him at a distance. Balsonya connects with a nice looking jab.
Atkins is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Atkins gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Balsonya throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Atkins throws a counter high kick but Balsonya was just alert enough to avoid it. Atkins takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Balsonya looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Balsonya scores with a nice strike. Balsonya takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Balsonya lands a jab to Atkins's midsection. This has been an exciting period of action! Atkins walks into a straight right hand from Balsonya. Atkins gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Balsonya.#ROC2# Atkins is rocked! Balsonya bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Atkins's head. Oh Atkins is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Atkins walks straight into a right hand from Balsonya - that's dropped him! Balsonya jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Atkins from any more punishment! Atkins complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

And that's the end of the fight! Nikki Heat comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Heat has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. Atkins is looking to counter with a body kick.#TD2# A momentary lapse in concentration from Atkins enables Omega to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Atkins manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Atkins looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Atkins controls Omega momentarily but Omega frees himself. Omega in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Atkins tries to land a sweep but no joy. Omega looking to sit in guard and control but Atkins gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. #REVR# Atkins knows he needs to get back to his feet asap.
