That was a close round but I would say that Cary Oneil will probably get the nod. Oneil is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Brown can do to turn this around? Oneil shoots in for a takedown. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Michael throwing strikes but missing. Michael forces his way into half guard. Michael tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Oneil. Oneil is trying is best to control the position here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#T1# Michael scoring with strikes to the body and head. Michael with the ground and pound but Oneil uses the opportunity to regain guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
