#R1##CL2# Arreitta rushes Ashley and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Ashley prevents a takedown attempt there.
Arreitta fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
#TD2# Arreitta has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Ashley is trying to keep an underhook but Arreitta manages to get the takedown into half guard. Ashley tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. #SUB2# Arreitta is working for a kimura but Ashley is defending it quite comfortably.
Ashley is trying to get back to full guard. Ashley landing rabbit punches to the side of Arreitta's head. Not doing much damage but still scoring a few points. Ashley really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Arreitta blocks the strikes from Ashley.
Ashley tries to get to full guard but Arreitta has control of the leg. Ashley lands with a few short shots to the body. #T1# Ashley manages to get to full guard.

Ashley defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Arreitta can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Ashley is looking to escape. Ashley is in all sorts of trouble here.

Arreitta tries to close the distance and clinch but Ashley swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Arreitta trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Ashley manages to land a sweep and now he's on top! #REVR# Ashley content to stall in guard here. Ashley's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Ashley is defending well. Arreitta quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Ashley has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Arreitta celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

#R1# Mcgregor throws a right and a left that both miss. Ashley appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick. Mcgregor misses with a lunging right hand
and Ashley counters with a nice low kick that buckles Mcgregor 's knee momentarily. Ashley gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Mcgregor gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Ashley is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!

#R1# Ashley dodges the punch combination from Proboo.
Ashley tried to counter with a leg kick but Proboo avoided it. A head kick misses from Proboo. Proboo misses with a body kick. Ashley looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger. Proboo throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
#CUT2# It looks like Dale Ashley has been cut. Machoo Proboo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ashley shoots for a double leg takedown but Proboo sprawls well. He's pushed Ashley's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Ashley showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Proboo.
Ashley tried to counter with a leg kick but Proboo avoided it. Proboo throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Ashley crashing down! Ashley tries to stagger back to his feet but Proboo just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Ashley asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Machoo Proboo! A determined Machoo Proboo didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!

#R1# King leaves Ashley with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Ashley really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. King misses with a kick to the body.
King closes the distance and clinches up with Ashley, looking for a takedown. King pushes Ashley against the cage but Ashley circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. King misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. King shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Ashley counters with a head kick. Dale Ashley has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Monkey King. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ashley tries for a takedown but Kem circles away easily and Kem connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Ashley with a lazy takedown attempt and Kem counters with a nice uppercut. #CL# Ashley clinches up with Kem and pushes him back against the cage.
