We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Perez has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Furley uses from the top position.

Furley is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Furley extends the arm and Perez is forced to tap!
