John shoots in for a takedown but Delled shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
We've been told by John's head coaches at Cozad MMA Rio that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Delled throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around John's waist but John gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Delled off to one side.
John sizes up Delled with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
John shoots for a takedown but Delled saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Delled tries to counter with a clinch but John shakes him off and moves away.
John really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
