Maia lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Maia throws a strike but Barger avoids it easily and moves to full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#SUB# Barger is looking for a triangle here but Maia uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Maia in particular looking to stall. Let's hope that Maia has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Tyson moves into full guard.
