John Carter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Carter goes for a double leg but Wowie avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Wowie continues to drive forward.

Carter's coach down at Pablo's Boxing Academy was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Carter's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

A relieved looking Maui Wowie thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.

Carter with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Dincht to score with a decent uppercut.
