Peterson appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Peterson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Taddeo sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Peterson somewhat.
Taddeo ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Taddeo throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Peterson stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Peterson is defended easily by Taddeo.

Keijo unleashes a big counter combination but Taddeo bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Taddeo stalks Keijo and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Keijo's face. Keijo staggers backwards, shaken.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Keijo.
Taddeo throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

A lazy body kick from Holman
and Holman takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Taddeo clobbers Holman with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Holman fails with the takedown
and Taddeo counters with a nice body shot.
Holman steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Taddeo.
Holman tries to counter with a takedown but Taddeo is quick to defend against it.
A decent looking cross lands there for Taddeo.
Taddeo is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Holman.
Taddeo lands a nice hook to Holman's body. Holman takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Taddeo lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Holman head around and knocks him out cold! Taddeo hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.

Lopez really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
