#R1# Vovchanchyn throws out a loose jab but Arias uses good head movement to avoid it. Arias pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Vovchanchyn displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Arias throws out the jab. Vovchanchyn throws a shot from downtown. Arias moves away and avoids it. Vovchanchyn scores with a decent looking hook. Arias waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Vovchanchyn. Vovchanchyn throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Arias is looking to clinch but Vovchanchyn is avoiding it.
Arias tries to close the distance and clinch up but Vovchanchyn swats him away and circles back towards the center. Arias misses with a wild body shot. A counter left hand to the body from Vovchanchyn misses its target. Vovchanchyn throws a jab but it's blocked by Arias. Left hook, right uppercut from Arias. #CUT2# It looks like Igor Vovchanchyn has been cut. Vovchanchyn slips under a jab from Arias. Arias lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Vovchanchyn at a distance.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Arias throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Ace Arias seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Vovchanchyn misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Arias.

#T1# Arias throws a combination that misses and Vovchanchyn counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Vovchanchyn throws a looping overhand right but Arias ducks down to avoid it. Vovchanchyn keeps the fight on the outside. Vovchanchyn connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Vovchanchyn stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. A good leg kick by Arias. Vovchanchyn dodges the punch combination from Arias.
Vovchanchyn is looking to counter punch. Vovchanchyn misses with a few strikes there.
#KD# Vovchanchyn scores a flash knockdown with a right hook that drops Arias to his hands and knees! The ref pushes Vovchanchyn away as he looks to land an illegal blow. Arias got an extra few seconds to recover there, which could have made all the differences as he stumbles back to his feet. The referee looks into his eyes and decides to allow the bout to continue. Can he survive?! Vovchanchyn definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! BAM! Vovchanchyn delivers a spinning backfist that drops Arias like a ragdoll! This is all oooooveeeer! He was out before he hit the ground!

#R1# Arias slips a straight right by Quinn. Nice body punch from Quinn. Arias bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Quinn's head. Arias swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Quinn counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. A lazy left from Arias finds it's target. Quinn misses with a right hand and Arias counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Arias lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Quinn circles away quickly and effectively. Ace Arias seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Arias plants his feet and throws a devastating head kick! It connects square on Quinn's ear and has knocked him out cold! No need for a count here as the referee immediately tends to a stricken Quinn, crumpled in the corner! Wow, what a finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Ace Arias! Ace Arias decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
