Ellis passes to full mount! Lewis is working to get back to half guard.
Lewis is breathing heavily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ellis is landing with some decent strikes but Lewis is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Ellis lands a heavy elbow. #T1# Ellis with shots to the head and body - Lewis looks very uncomfortable down there. #SUB2# Ellis swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Marv Ellis!
