Swanson clips Whittaker with a right and a left that makes him do the chicken dance for a couple of seconds. He touched his left hand down on the canvas so the referee steps between the fighters to give Whittaker a standing 8 count before we can continue the bout.#CUT#
It looks like Robert Whittaker has been cut.
Whittaker misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Swanson.
Swanson is looking to land body kicks.
Swanson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Swanson scores with a big combo that sends Whittaker crashing to the mat! He's still conscious but the referee has seen enough as Whittaker flops around uncontrollably and he's called an end to the fight! Swanson jumps onto the ropes and throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Gross.
