Nixon takes one on the chin but seems OK.
#TD2# Staker shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Staker tries to pass to full mount but Nixon defends it. Staker scoring with strikes to the body and head. #ROC2# Nixon is rocked! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Nixon wants to control but Staker is keeping busy.
Oh Nixon is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Nixon wants to control the action here but instead Staker manages to pass to full mount! Nixon seems to have got his legs back now. Nixon is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Nixon is working to get back to half guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Staker trying to control but he's not successful this time. #T1# The referee warns Nixon that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Staker lands a big shot to the head and Nixon winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
