#R1# A big right from Conan misses. #TD# Hanazawa shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Conan is looking to stand up but Hanazawa isn't so interested in that idea. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Hanazawa's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Hanazawa connects with a couple of short punches. Hanazawa trying to control the position from guard on top but Conan is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Hanazawa prevents Conan from getting back to his feet. Conan is wriggling around but Hanazawa manages to pass to half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hanazawa working Conan over with strikes. Hanazawa is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Conan is hurt! He's hurt bad - Hanazawa fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Conan from any more punishment! Congratulations to Hanazawa! Great finish!
