#R1##CL# Winston gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.#TD# Winston decides to pull guard. Quinn looking to sit in guard and control but Winston gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. #REVR# Quinn working a defensive guard here.
Quinn can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Winston controls the pace. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#T1# Winston stands up over Quinn, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Winston pushing down on Quinn's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Quinn wants to control but Winston is keeping busy and won't allow it. Winston scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Winston has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Quinn is looking to control Winston 's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Quinn avoid being mounted? Winston takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Quinn is trying to get back to full guard. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Winston connects with a nice short shot to Quinn's temple. #T2##SU# Winston stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Quinn to get to his feet. #CL# Winston fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Quinn, pushing him back against the cage. Quinn takes a knee to the side of the body. #TD# Winston lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
#ES2# Quinn kicks off Winston and gets to his feet. Mike Winston seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!#CL# Winston gets a clinch. Quinn drops down looking for an ankle pick but Winston pulls his leg out and moves away.
Quinn throws out a token jab with nothing on it.#TD# Quinn gets caught flat footed, as Winston shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Winston is stalling in the full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Winston seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Quinn for as long as he can get away with.#T3##SUB2# Quinn looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Winston controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. #SUB2# Quinn looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
#T4# The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Winston not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Winston is working Quinn over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. #ES2# Quinn uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Winston tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Winston pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Quinn scores with a nice strike. Winston shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Quinn as he jumps to the side. Winston misses with a two punch combination.

Mike Winston dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! #R2# Quinn with a body punch. A glancing blow. #TD# Winston shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
#SUB# Winston is looking for a kimura but Quinn is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Winston to get the leverage. Quinn wants to control but Winston is keeping busy.
Quinn is looking for a sweep. Winston is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Winston is figuring out what he wants to do next. Winston is nestled in close to Quinn, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.#T1# Winston looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Winston controlling the pace. Quinn really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Winston . If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.#T2# Winston moves into side control, avoiding the strikes from Quinn.
Quinn tries to buck Winston off but Winston is having none of it. Winston working the ground and pound from side control. A lull in the action here. Winston working away.#SUB# Winston working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#T3# Winston prevents Quinn from escaping the position. You can see the frustration on Quinn's face as Winston controls the position. Quinn is looking to reverse the position. Mike Winston overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Winston content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. #SU# Winston stands up. #T4# Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Winston walks into a stiff left hand from Quinn.#TD# Winston throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Quinn was covering up waiting for the punch and Winston finishes the takedown easily into guard. Winston controls from within his opponent's guard. #SU# Winston decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.#CL# Winston rushes Quinn and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mike Winston dominated that second round. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round! #R3##TD# Winston closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Quinn bucks up and tries to throw Winston off but instead Winston has got his back! Winston scores with a nice shot to the head of his opponent. Quinn is looking for a way out. Quinn looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment. Quinn grimaces as he takes a shot to the body. Winston is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish. #SUB# Winston has both hooks in and is working for a choke. Quinn is in real trouble here. Winston gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, Quinn is tapping out! Winston wins by rear naked choke!
