James moves out of range of the leg kick from Reem. James fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Reem on the side of the head. James catches Reem with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! James lands a nice looking body shot.
James lands with an uppercut that bounces Reem off the cage and back into range. James digs a good hook to Reem's body.
James connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. James feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Reems jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! James lands a glancing blow to the side of Reem's head. James is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Reem shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. James feinted there with a counter leg kick. Reem takes one on the button. Reem looks to clinch and Reem takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Reem shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. James eats them both and turns towards Reem to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.#CUT2# It looks like Simon James has been cut. James throws a good cross that connects.

Reem looks winded! Reem darts in trying to clinch and James connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Reem tries to close the distance and clinch but James swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Uber Reem seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Reem throws out a leg kick but James moves out of range and Reem only half commits. Reem misses with the combination.
A quick step to the side and James tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. James keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Nice cross by James. James lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Reem checks a leg kick. Reem misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
It looks like James has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him. This has been an exciting period of action! Reem darts in trying to clinch and James counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.#T2# Reem takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Reem on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Reem avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Reem takes a jab right on the kisser.
Reem has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Reem throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. James lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. James changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Reem swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and James cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. James does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. #KD# James lands a big right hand that sends Reem crashing to the mat! James stays standing though and waves Reem back to his feet!#ROC# Reem is rocked!#CL2# Reem rushes James and presses him up against the cage. Reem is still on wobbly legs! Can James finish him? James pressing his opponent against the cage. A head punch on the inside from Reem fails to land. Reem seems to have recovered his senses.#T3# James has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. James controlling the action here for a moment.

Reem tries to move into range but James moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Reem throws a lazy uppercut
and Reem takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. #T4# We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Reem takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. James fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. James lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.#KD# James feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Reem sprawling to the canvas! Reem rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can James finish him?!
James walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Reem drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! James swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Reem's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

James has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Deluxe misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
James scores with a nice head shot. Deluxe looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. James scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Deluxe pushing out the jab but it's not landing. James throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. A little feinted left hand from Deluxe on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. James paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Deluxe uses good head movement to avoid the hook from James. Deluxe looks to land a left hand but James moved out of range nicely. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! James scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. James moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. James keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Deluxe moves out of range as James strikes. James lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Nice.#ES2# James sneaks out the side door and pushes Deluxe away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Deluxe takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

James wants to sweep here but Deluxe controlling him for the moment. James managing to control the position. Deluxe stands up over James, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
