Edinhio was covering up waiting for the punch and Yo finishes the takedown easily into guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Yo slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Edinhio is trying to hold Yo in close to prevent damage but Yo has managed to pass into half guard.
Yo is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Edinhio is trying to maintain the position but Yo is very close to passing his half guard. Yo lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. #R1##TD# Yo feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Yo stopping the sweep attempt from Johnson. Yo is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Yo trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Yo cracks Johnson with a solid left hand. Yo working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Johnson's head. Johnson wants to stand up but Yo is controlling him. Johnson wants to sweep here but Yo controlling him for the moment. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Johnson seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Yo postures up and lands a big shot to Johnson's brow. #T1# Yo postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Johnson is trying to keep Yo in close.

#R1# Yo moves out of range of the strikes. Fiso scores with a decent looking hook. Fiso throws a hook but Yo blocks it. Fiso shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Yo eats them both and turns towards Fiso to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.#KD2# Fiso cracks Yo with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Yo looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Fiso finish him?
#ROC2# Yo is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! Fiso fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Yo square on the jaw! Damn, Yo is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!

#TD# Yo is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Jamil's half guard. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Jamil can do anything to dispel that myth. Yo scoring with strikes to the body and head. Yo is nestled in close to Jamil, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Yo tries to pass to full mount but Jamil defends it. Yo working the head and body with strikes. Yo lands strikes from half guard. Yo takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Jamil on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Yo throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Yo looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Jamil with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. #T1# Yo working over Jamil with some ground and pound. Jamil looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Yo drops an elbow to the side of Jamil's head. Nice strikes from Yo there. Yo working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Yo has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Yo is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Jamil is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Jamil is trying to stand back up but Yo is controlling him
Jamil really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Yo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Ground and pound from Yo. Yo looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Yo moves into full mount! Jamil won't be happy about that! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Yo postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Jamil looks a forlorn figure.

#TD# Chase is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Yo can't fight it off and eventually Chase manages to take the fight to the floor. Yo looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Yo keeping moving, preventing Chase from controlling successfully. Yo can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Chase controls the pace. Yo trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Chase looking to sit in guard and control but Yo gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. #REVB# The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#SUB# Chase working for submissions but it's allowed Yo to get to half guard.

Yo did well to prevent Todd getting side control.#SU# Todd escapes and gets back to his feet. #TD2# Todd gets caught flat footed, as Yo shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.#ES# Todd manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!#TD2# Yo tightens his grip and picks Todd up, before dumping him to the ground. Todd manages to land in guard. #SUB# Todd is looking for a triangle here but Yo uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Todd tries to bench press Yo off him but Yo keeps the position. Todd really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Yo working the head and body with strikes. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Yo working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.

Yo looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. A lazy left from Neer finds it's target. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Neer throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Yo takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Neer lands a right hook to the body.

Yo uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Neer. Yo doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. Neer fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Yo looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. A looping hook to the body misses from Neer. Yo does a little dance to reset his feet. Neer rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Yo moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Yo doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.#T2# Yo takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Neer swings and misses with a hook to the body.
