The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Baillie lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. Baillie lands an elbow inside that Moad shrugs off. Baillie lands an elbow that stopped Moad in his tracks for a moment. Moad can't break the clinch.

Moad swings wildly with an uppercut but Baillie uses good head movement to avoid it. A nice glancing elbow lands by Baillie. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Baillie stalling in the clinch.

#R1##CL# Black rushes Moad and presses him up against the cage. Black throws a punch but it's blocked by Moad. Moad blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
#TD2# Moad gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Black wants to improve his position but Moad is controlling well.
Black controlling the leg, holding on to half guard. Black works his way to full guard. Good work.#SUB# Black working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Moad doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Black is tightening it up a little... Moad has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Moad reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Moad taps out! Nice BJJ there by Black!

#R1##CL2# Abua moves into the clinch. Moad is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Abua pulls him back up using the underhooks. Moad is looking for a takedown. Moad jumps guard but Abua turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jax Moad. That's going to take a lot out of him. Abua is trying to break the clinch but Moad is controlling him. Abua wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.#TD2# Abua wants the takedown. Moad is fighting it off but Abua persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Moad's guard against the cage.#SUB# Moad is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Abua defends well. Abua trying to control the position from guard on top but Moad is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Abua pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Moad is keeping the position for now. Moad keeping moving, preventing Abua from controlling successfully. #T1# Moad wants to sweep but no luck. Abua trying to control but Moad is working from the bottom. Moad pulls Abua in close to his closed guard and prevents Abua from doing any damage or advancing position. Moad tries to land a sweep but no joy. Abua showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Abua trying to control the position from guard on top but Moad is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. #REF3# The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.#T2# My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. The fight stays on the outside here - Moad looks like he's thinking about clinching though.#CL2# Abua forces Moad back against the cage and clinches. Moad is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. #TD2# Abua is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Moad can't fight it off and eventually Abua manages to take the fight to the floor. Moad looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Moad is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Abua dives into side control.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Moad is controlling Abua's position as best he can from this difficult position.#SUB2# Abua is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Abua has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#T4# Moad is desperately trying to improve his position but Abua has a good base and remains in mount. Moad regains half guard.#SU2# Abua decides to stand up. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!#TD2# Abua throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Moad tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Abua is in Moad's guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! #R2##TD2# Abua manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Moad on his heels. He'll look to pass Moad's guard now, I'm sure.#SUB# Moad looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Abua has picked Moad up and slammed him! Moad can't keep hold of the triangle and Abua manages to pass to side control! Moad struggling a bit here. Abua lands a few punches from side control. Moad tries to strike from the bottom but misses. Abua tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Abua creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Moad sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Moad manages to get back to half guard.#T1# Abua trying to control the action but Moad is working from the bottom. #SUB# Moad looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Moad controlling the leg, holding on to half guard. Abua looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Abua doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Abua manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. #T3# Moad keeping moving, preventing Abua from controlling successfully. #SUB# Abua is sitting in close to Moad's body. Moad has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Abua is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Abua is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Moad.
