Lessor has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Carroll is trying to keep an underhook but Lessor manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Lessor lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Carroll has hold of Lessor's hands but Lessor slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lessor throws a strike but Carroll avoids it easily and moves to full guard.#SUB#
Lessor stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Carroll has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Lessor manages to get his head free but now Carroll has transitioned to an armbar! Lessor grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Carroll! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
