#R1# Blazusiak leaves Pilon with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Pilon tries for a takedown but Blazusiak sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Blazusiak shapes to counter with a head kick. Pilon doesn't manage to clinch there - Blazusiak circles away.
Pilon shoots in looking for a takedown but Blazusiak manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Pilon's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sherman Pilon. That's going to take a lot out of him.#TD# A momentary lapse in concentration from Blazusiak enables Pilon to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Blazusiak manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Pilon is breathing heavily. Blazusiak controlling Pilon's posture. Blazusiak is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pilon passes into half guard. Pilon is trying to control the action in half guard but Blazusiak is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. #T1# Blazusiak has his hands clasped together around Pilon's back. He's all about the action. Blazusiak is trying to stand up here but Pilon is controlling him well. Blazusiak slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Blazusiak utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Pilon won't allow Blazusiak to get back to his feet. Blazusiak has Pilon pulled in close to control his posture. Pilon looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Pilon in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. #T2# My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Pilon throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Blazusiak works some decent striking defense from the bottom. #REF3# The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.#TD2# Blazusiak closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Pilon to the mat! Pilon manages to get full guard. Blazusiak lands a couple of digs. Blazusiak is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Pilon controls Blazusiak momentarily but Blazusiak frees himself. Blazusiak lands a couple of decent looking shots. Blazusiak wants to stand but Pilon is controlling his posture from full guard. Blazusiak wants to pass the guard but Pilon is keeping the position.#T3# Blazusiak looking to control the position here, rather than advance. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Pilon bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Blazusiak's guard. #REVR##SUB2# Blazusiak looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Pilon passes into half guard.
#T4# The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. The fighters are battling for position here. Blazusiak manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Pilon wants to get up but he can't break Blazusiak's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Pilon stands and throws Blazusiak's legs to the side, diving into side control. Blazusiak tries to improve position but can't. Pilon trying to control the action but Blazusiak is working from the bottom. Pilon throwing strikes but missing, from side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Sherman Pilon will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. #R2# Blazusiak throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Pilon. #TD2# Blazusiak gets the takedown into side control. You can see the frustration on Pilon's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Pilon takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Pilon is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Blazusiak tries to advance to mount but Pilon denies him. Blazusiak wants to stand but Pilon is controlling his arm.#T1##SUB2# Blazusiak tries for a kimura but Pilon is defending well. Pilon tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Pilon avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Pilon shoots in for a takedown but Blazusiak shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Pilon fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Blazusiak avoids it really well and circles away.#T3##TD2# Blazusiak darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Tedy Blazusiak has got the better of the ground game so far. Blazusiak wants to pass to mount but Pilon is defending the position. Blazusiak takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Blazusiak is thwarting Pilon's attempts to control the position.#T4# Blazusiak seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Pilon makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Pilon. Pilon managing to control the position. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Blazusiak has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Pilon is proving hard to escape from. #REF3# The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tedy Blazusiak showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round! #R3# Pilon shoots in and drives through. Blazusiak sprawls well. Blazusiak wants to counter with a clinch but Pilon pushes him away.#CL2# The fight moves into the clinch position. Pilon has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Blazusiak avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.#TD2# Pilon is fighting off a takedown attempt but Blazusiak is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Pilon to the mat. Pilon regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Blazusiak tries to free his leg and advance position but Pilon is retaining full guard. Pilon not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Pilon can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Blazusiak controls the pace. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Blazusiak is continuing to stall. Let's hope that Blazusiak has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.#REF3# The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Blazusiak throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. It looked like Pilon wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.#TD2# Blazusiak scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. You can see the frustration on Pilon's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Blazusiak wants to stand but Pilon is controlling his arm.#T3##SU2# Blazusiak decides to stand back up. Blazusiak steps back and let's Pilon get back to his feet.#TD2# Blazusiak shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Pilon napping and manages to drive through into side control!#SUB2# Blazusiak goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Pilon rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Blazusiak's guard! Nice work there by Pilon! Blazusiak trying to strike off his back.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Blazusiak can do anything to dispel that myth. Blazusiak is looking for a sweep.#T4# Blazusiak is trying to control Pilon's posture but Pilon avoids it. Blazusiak has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Blazusiak is pushing Pilon's head away, looking to escape. Pilon manages to hold on to the position though.#SUB# Pilon is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Blazusiak is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Blazusiak managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Pilon.

And that's the end of the fight! Tedy Blazusiak comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Blazusiak has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

#R1##TD2# Pilon shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Pilon was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!#SUB2# Pilon is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Farmer knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Farmer is not content to let Pilon control the position. Pilon in side control, throwing shots but Farmer defends. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pilon is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Farmer's shoulder. That is not cool. Farmer struggling a bit here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Farmer is looking for a sweep.#T1# Pilon trying to control the action but Farmer is working from the bottom. Farmer avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Pilon. Pilon wants to control but Farmer is keeping him busy. #SUB2# Pilon is working to tighten his grip on Farmer's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Farmer has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Pilon is really squeezing tight and eventually Farmer passes out! Pilon breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Suarez working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Suarez content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Pilon has his hands on Suarez's head, controlling the position. Suarez won't allow Pilon to sweep him here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Suarez with a flurry of punches that miss. #T1# Pilon has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Suarez lands a body shot. Pilon is looking for a takedown.#T2# Pilon is trying to pull guard but Suarez has him pressed against the cage. Pilon is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Marcellus Suarez has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sherman Pilon. Suarez using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Pilon has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Pilon postures up in Suarez's guard and throws a big left but Suarez blocks it. Pilon won't allow Suarez to sweep him here. Suarez keeping full guard, as Pilon tries to pass. Suarez is looking to sweep but instead, Pilon has passed into half guard.
Suarez tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Pilon has advanced to mount. Uh oh. #SUB2# Pilon with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Suarez is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. #T4# Suarez is looking to improve his position but Pilon isn't that keen on the idea. Pilon controlling from the full mount. Pilon pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Cox tumbling to the mat - Pilon dives into Cox's guard. Cox wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Pilon manages to pass to side control. #T1##REVR# Cox has hold of Pilon's hands but Pilon slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Pilon lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
