#TD2# Jordan is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Stankic can't fight it off and eventually Jordan manages to take the fight to the floor. Stankic looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Stankic working a defensive guard here.
Jordan is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SU2# Jordan decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Jordan tries to close the distance and clinch but Stankic swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Stankic misses with an attempted mid kick.
Jordan wants to counter the offense by Stankic and move into the clinch position. Jordan tries to move into range but Stankic moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Stankic throws a low kick but Jordan moves out of range easily. Stankic lunges at Jordan with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Jordan's hand. #T2# Jordan checks the leg kick. Stankic throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Jordan tries to pull guard but Stankic holds him up against the cage and eventually Jordan drops back down to his feet.

Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Stankic wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Jordan has him pressed against the cage. Stankic throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Stankic throws a half hearted mid kick. Stankic cracks Jordan with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Stankic misses with the combination.
Stankic throws a solid leg kick but Jordan takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Stankic. Jordan takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. A jab from Stankic does it's job there. Stankic lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Stankic misses with a low kick.

As Stankic backs off Jordan throws a huge counter combo but Stankic manages to avoid it all. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Stankic is struggling to control the position. Jordan stalling the fight.
#T3# Stankic looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Jordan tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Jordan jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Stankic walks away with a smile on his face. Jordan gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Stankic fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Jordan is out of range. Slavko Stankic is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Stankic misses with a jab, cross combination.
Jordan is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Stankic is looking to land body kicks. Jordan wants to clinch up but Stankic keeps it at a distance. Stankic is looking to score with low kicks. Jordan throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Stankic's waist but Stankic gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jordan off to one side. Jordan walks into a straight right hand from Stankic.#T4# Jordan throws the kick towards the body but Stankic avoids it. A swing and a miss from Jordan. Stankic jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.

And that's the end of the fight! Slavko Stankic showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Stankic, winning every round. Will the judges agree? As Stankic looks to move away, Montoya throws a big counter combo but Stankic just gets out of the way. Montoya is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Stankic. Montoya misses with a hook. Stankic ducked under it nicely. Stankic is looking for the big counter here. Stankic throws a chopping leg kick but Montoya manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Stankic dips to his left and cracks Montoya with an uppercut! Stankic throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Stankic lands a jab. Montoya connects with a single shot there. Stankic feints a jab promting Montoya to slip. Stankic then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Montoya slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. This has been an exciting period of action! Stankic lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Stankic tries to bum rush Montoya with a series of wild strikes but Montoya uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Stankic does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. A low kick from Stankic misses #TD# and Montoya counters with a nice double leg into side control. Stankic won't be happy with that. Stankic taking punishment in the form of punches.

He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Stankic is bucking up trying to escape but Montoya cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Montoya scoring with strikes but Stankic is staying in there. Stankic is desperately trying to improve his position but Montoya has a good base and remains in mount. Montoya takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.#SUB# Montoya is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Stankic is surviving well by controlling Montoya's body position as best he can.
