Hughs misses with a body punch.
#TD2# Tober is fighting off a takedown attempt but Hughs is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Tober to the mat. Tober regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.#SUB2# Hughs drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Hughs jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Tober definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Hughs controls from within his opponent's guard. Hughs really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Tober. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hughs tries to stand but Tober is controlling from the bottom. Hughs connects with a couple of short punches.#T1# Hughs showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Tober looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Tober is trying to get back to half guard. Tober keeps trying to improve his position.#SUB# Curley is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Tober has escaped the position, nice work there. Tober is trying to control Curley's posture but Curley avoids it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Curley wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tober keeps working. #T1# Tober is looking for a sweep. Tober sneaks back into half guard. Tober tries to get to full guard but Curley has control of the leg. Tober is looking to control Curley's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Tober avoid being mounted? Curley lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Tober wants to control but Curley is keeping busy.

And we move into the final round! #R3##TD2# Tober shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Curley's guard. Tober trying to control but Curley is working from the bottom. Curley knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Tober on the ground. #R1# Tyler throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Tyler throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Tober. A head kick by Tyler misses #TD2# and Tober counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Tyler! #SUB2# Tober has hold of Tyler's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Tyler seems comfortable defending it but Tober has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Tyler is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Tyler is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Tober couldn't care less - he's delighted!

A pretty intense looking Frank Tober took the opportunity post-fight to ask for a shot at the title. Jack Tyler spoke after the fight, saying 'no regrets!I have lot to learn and I'll come back!'.
