Love's coach down at Island Top Team was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Love's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Love lands with a right to the head. #CUT2# It looks like Brimir Johansson has been cut. Johansson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.#TD2# Love tightens his grip and picks Johansson up, before dumping him to the ground. Johansson manages to land in guard. Johansson wants to sweep here but Love controlling him for the moment. Love really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Johansson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Johansson pulls Love in close to prevent any damage. Johansson looking to hit a scissor sweep but Love is one step ahead there. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Johansson is on top in guard.
#REVR# Love looks winded! Johansson stands and throws Love's legs to the side, diving into side control. He's pushed Love's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. #TD2# Alfredo gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.#ES# Alfredo is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Love looks winded!#TD# Alfredo manages to pull guard.
Love wants to stand and escape but instead Alfredo has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. #REVR# Love keeping moving, preventing Alfredo from controlling successfully. Love not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

#R1##TD2# Love closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Alfredo to the mat! Alfredo manages to get full guard. Alfredo looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Love pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Alfredo is keeping the position for now. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Love slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Love has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Alfredo is proving hard to escape from. Love pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Alfredo is keeping the position for now. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Love is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Love throwing strikes from guard but Alfredo blocks nicely. Culguy Love showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And that's the end of the fight! Culguy Love comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Love has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
